This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the KPFF Trustee Portal ("the App") provided by the Kentucky Professional Fire Fighters ("KPFF"), an IRS Section 501(c)(5) labor organization, P.O. Box 72031, Newport, KY 41072. By signing in, you ("the Trustee") accept these terms.
The App is provided exclusively to elected Trustees and the Secretary-Treasurer of KPFF for the purpose of auditing the union's expense data sourced from QuickBooks Online. Access is read-only. No data may be modified, exported, or shared with parties outside the KPFF Executive Board without written consent of the Sec-Treasurer.
The App connects to KPFF's QuickBooks Online company via Intuit's published OAuth 2.0 flow. The App requests the com.intuit.quickbooks.accounting scope. Tokens are stored on KPFF's MySQL server (hosted in the United States). KPFF complies with Intuit's API License Agreement.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. KPFF makes no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability of data displayed. Source-of-truth for all KPFF financial figures remains the QuickBooks Online ledger.
KPFF may revoke access at any time. The Trustee may disconnect the QuickBooks integration via the in-app "Disconnect QuickBooks" link or by visiting /trustee/qb-disconnect.php.
